How do I Replace/Exchange?
Provide your Order number, Email address, and Phone number.
Follow the instructions and select the product you want to Replace/Exchange.
You will get a confirmation email or our customer support executive will contact you through your registered phone number with the shipping guidelines once the replacement request is approved.
Replacement/Exchange Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for product replacement, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The replacement request must be initiated within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in the original condition as received with original packaging and original tags intact to be eligible for Replacement/Exchange.
- Proof of purchase (Invoice) is mandatory.
- In case of any manufacturing defect / wrong product delivery / damaged product received during in-transit only then the product is eligible for Replacement/Exchange.
- In case of any missing accessories, we will dispatch the missing parts free of cost.
Note: For Bigger Products including but not limited to: Battery Operated Cars, Jeeps, and Bikes, we may offer you Part Replacement also to make the whole process faster and hassle-free.

Once the original product(s) has been received at our premises and has passed the quality check, the replacement product will be shipped.
If replacement is being processed due to a damage issue, then only damages reported at the time of complaint will be considered during the Quality Check.
Once your replacement request is approved, we will arrange the pickup of the product by a reputed courier company. If in case your Pincode is non-serviceable for return pickup, we request you to kindly arrange the shipping of the product back to our registered address. We will reimburse the shipping charges maximum up to Rs.300, once the product is received by us (Receipt of the return shipping charges is mandatory for reimbursement).
Replacement/Exchange Window:

Kindly share your Order details with photo and video proof of the defective/damaged product. The defect/damage should be clearly visible in the proof.
Once we receive the above-mentioned details, our executive will get back to you within 2 working days.
Note: Unboxing video while opening your product package will help us make your replacement process quicker and hassle-free.

Please note that the product(s) should be unused, undamaged, unwashed, unassembled in original condition without any scratches or dents with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of the original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to kindly make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.
Non-Returnable Products (Including but not limited to):
Manual Breast pump, Electric Breast Pump, feeding bottles, Sippers, Spout cups, Nibblers, Feeding Spoons, Potty Seats, Cloth diapers, Sipper, Teether, Food Feeder, Bathtubs, Bath Seat, Bather, Potty seat, Infant wear, Oral & Nail care, Brush & Combs, Baby Bibs & Napkins, Feeding Essentials, feeding bottles, Nursing are non-returnable products due to hygiene clause.
Your Order Cancellation Rights:
You are entitled to cancel your order before the order is shipped without any questions asked. Once your order is shipped you can’t cancel it. In case your order is shipped, and you still want to cancel you must inform us of your decision by email (contact@athzic.com) or call (9818830231/9582400231).
Important Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
